1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt. Staff was great tho

Overall very disappointing. They switched rooms on me. My key stopped working 3 times. The restaurant was deserted. My bathroom door latch was broken. The microwave was broken. Bathroom exhaust wasn’t running. Snow wasn’t shoveled. The television always started on the setup menu. Wi-Fi kicked me off and made me re-accept terms at least twice daily. The shower faucet leaked and the hot water wasn’t ever hot. The exterior door was ajar for 3 days straight.

Let me preference this by saying we knew going in it was a day of facility the little ones loved it and knew no better if you're looking for an affordable option this is it and the restaurant was fine and the staff was very nice.

The staff was fine. Although a maid opened the door in the early evening the first night. Someone else opened it the next morning. The big pool is only open Friday nights and Saturdays. Hotel was probably amazing at one time. It either needs torn down or completely remodeled. It is definitely showing major signs of wear.

The water park is nice because my kids love to swim. We were there for 3 nights and i beer the kids swam for 12 hours. I wish the arcade was cheaper but it was okay. Had some plumbing issues but overall a good stay.

The indoor waterpark is fun if you have kids but I would otherwise pass on the hotel as it had many subpar features such as a very limited breakfast, no hot water, and a leaky toilet.

There is no shower door-- the floor got soaked and then was slippery. I have 2 small chicldren that slipped and fell. No room phone to call front desk. The water park was not open and the lap pool had chipped paint in the water. The carpet in the main entranced was soiled-- not a good first impression walking in. No hot water at all in entire hotel! Indoor pools were all ice cold because their heaters were broken too. Pool bar plating extremely loud music after close. Restaurant attached had terrible food and service. Jusr seemed like staff didn’t care about guests or were overwhelmed with amount of clientele in the hotel at one time
