Have been visiting of and on for 30 years. The Dells have had many changes during that time, some good and some bad. I would still say it is a great getaway for a family. It doesn't have the glitz of some vacations spots but well worth the visit.

So many things to do! Something for everyone! From the shops, to shows, to natural parks to hiking, to water parks, rides, restaurants, casino, shopping!! Many choices for lodging from cabins to high end hotels, to smaller motels and condos.

Do the Original Duck Boat NOT the Army. Do Noah's Ark not Mt Olympus. Canyon tour good. Good restaurants include Buffalo Phil's, B'Lux and Moosejaw. Get the pizza at Moosjaw! Except for hotel, Grand Marquis, trip was awesome.

Bigfoot zipline what a blast! Their employees were phenomenal. The course was a blast and very safe, even for younger children. The staff were very caring. Competent & extremely helpful. Wonderful restaurants!

Wisconsin Dells is always a fun time. I have stayed downtown in the past. Love going to the mom and pop places and visiting with the locals. They are the heart and soul of this town,

We were not interested in Waterparks but explored the Upper Dells on a river tour and played some fun Mini golf. The natural beauty of the area is worth the stop!

Dells is a wonderful getaway for Families esp if you love water parks, but there is more than that. Lots of Mini-golf, Go-Karts. Food is ok, your not going there for this. Lots of activities for everyone.

It was nice to be right on the Wisconsin River with the beautiful views and Riverwalk nearby. It was a very safe and walkable area, nearby downtown but far enough way to be quiet and comfortable.
