I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager and staff were rude on multiple occasions. Issue 1) My family flew into ATL the evening they were supposed to arrive at the hotel. I saw that I had a missed call from the hotel, so I called them while we were driving from the airport. They said that since we didn't arrive at 4pm (check-in time), they cancelled our whole week reservation. They did not care that I held it with a credit card on hotel.com.
2) I contacted hotel.com to inform them about what happened. They offered me the only other available hotel which was 45 minutes away. I ended up needing to make a reservation for the rest of the week still, and this Quality Inn was the only option, so we made a new booking for the following day (at a higher amount, of course.) On day two, we called the Quality Inn to give them a credit card, to insure they wouldn't give our room away again. They told us they do not take credit cards over the phone, but that we need to arrive BY check-in time (4pm) or they would cancel the reservation again. We complied and went in to hand them our credit card. They then told us we had to come back at 6pm for our keys. They also refused to give us a receipt because we made the reservation through hotels.com- even though they would not honor their hold. They were rude and highly unaccommodating. The only plus about the whole stay was that the rooms were comfortable.
