Overcharge much?
Book here if you want to want to be overcharged and get very poor customer service after the fact. I booked/prepaid 2 rooms for my employees who had to extend their stay one night. The hotel charged them for 3 rooms. I contacted the hotel on Mon, emailed them all docs showing the overcharge and was told the matter would be turned over to a manager for resolution. It is Thu morning and there has been no response. Prior to finding out about the overcharge, I booked/prepaid 2 rooms for the same guys for this week and we just received notice that their credit card (placed for incidentals) had been charged $46.40 - twice, once for each room. No reason or receipt given. I called the hotel, asked to speak to a manager this time, was told no manager was on duty. The gal working the front desk did not take a message for a call back and refused to tell me when a manager would be available. I need to extend the guy's stay again. Guess where I will NOT be booking them.
