Do not stay here!
Shortly after arriving to our room on the second floor, my daughter picked up one of the pillows on the bed to find a live cockroach under it. This was so disturbing, we immediately got our stuff and left. We went to the lobby desk to let them know we couldn’t stay there after finding the unwanted guest. The young lady at the desk informed me she could refund me everything for the four night stay, except the first night. She said they have a 24 hr. Cancellation policy, but I could call the manager in the morning and maybe he would refund the one night. By the morning the partial refund still had not been processed. When I called, the manager refused to give me a full refund. He said he would refund the deposit, three night stay and half the first night. When I told him that was unacceptable, he put the phone down and left me hanging. I called Wyndham Hotels and Resorts customer service and was told I had to take up the matter with the hotel management. If I had booked the room with Wyndham, they would have given me a full refund. Since I booked it through Expedia, I called them and was told the same thing, had to take it up with the hotel management.
Unfortunately, the management is piss poor, just like the rooms.
