First off i use sonesta a lot when i travel. This particular visit started off wrong with a error in my reservation with the front desk checking in. Fortunately there was a nice older lady that assisted and got us checked in correctly and even gave fresh linen and extra towels. We proceeded to our hotel room around back ,upon entrance there was a strong smell of dog urine by the elevator, which set of my allergies, luckily there was a cvs at the corner. The room appeared to be cleaned but the carpet not so much. Is wasnt a bad stay for the price. Breakfasts was ok not too much of a variety, the cook came out too bring out the food and was very nice. The kitchen in the room could of used more pots, pans and utencils. All of the residents was real nice. The pool was open and clean. There were multiple gas grills by the pool area which was awesome. Then there is a billing issue where i paid for the trip through hotels. Com but somehow my card still got charged, ive called the front desk spoke to a john who stated, he didn't see anything in my account. So now i have to go through the whole song and dance to get my money back. Oh yeah, i came back with pink eye
