The only negative is it felt like driving into a sketchy neighborhood. There's a small strip of a barber shop etc. next to the property. We arrived at night and it looked like a possible drug deal taking place. Otherwise, the staff was great and the room was comfortable.

Trip was bad. Elevator was out. Had no room on the 1st floor 2nd floor had to go to the 3rd floor they tried to cancel my reservation after paying for it. Not very. Happy with this trip

Good basic accommodation
Good basic accommodation. Ok for one night. Breakfast was adequate (buffet style) but nothing to get too excited about. There was plenty of it however. The television didn’t work. The lady on reception did come to have a look at it but it stopped working again pretty much as soon as she left. I was too tired to pursue the matter any further as I’d only just arrived in from the UK and needed to be up early the next morning in order to catch my onward flight.

Pay a little more and go elsewhere
We had a lot of luggage and the elevator was out. My daughter and I struggled to get all of our suitcases up the stairs to our third floor room. No offer to help or apology made. The room was clean but the hotel needed work—mold in bathroom fixtures, in the fans and on the shower curtains. We are not a fussy family and can put up with a lot so I hate to mention those things but for almost $150 a night, I would’ve expected better. The airport “shuttle” turned out to be Uber which is fine, except one of our rides was like a tin, rattle can and smelled of smoke so bad. We had no way of leaving a review for that.

Not happy
The elevators did not work. We had to stay on the first floor. I do not like staying on the first floor for safety reasons. We were also, given a room next to the laundry facilities. When we got to the room the key did not work and we had to go back to the front desk. I was just not happy with our stay.

Okay for a night. Nothing special.
This is a low budget hotel in an okay neighborhood. There isn’t much within walking distance except fast food, so had to Uber to a better restaurant. The room was satisfactory. The bed was squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable. The AC/heat was hard to regulate. The bathroom was decent, clean and the towels were good. Breakfast was included and it was the typical hotel breakfast with muffins, pre-formed omelets, sausages, and the obligatory waffle maker.

All our keycards were demagnetized the day of checkout at 4:00 AM. My 17 year old arrived before us at 4:00 AM and they would not let him in the room. He had to stay elsewhere and the room was prepaid for. We arrived at 8:00 AM and my card didn’t work either. Check out is at 11:00 AM. It was a wasted night at about $155.00

Cheap hotel it is a clean bed to sleep in.
The check in took about ten minutes, which seemed a bit long for it being midnight and all was taken care of already because of booking and paid for already on hotels.com. The Uber to an from the airport was excellent, rides showed up within a few minutes! Once we got to the room it was outdated like the rest of the hotel, but it was as clean as it could be since carpet was older. The fire alarm went off at 12:30 right after we laid down., everyone had to evacuate. The next morning breakfast was good, waffles and cereal and there were hot items of potatoes and eggs but the warmers were never refilled and I asked they said they were coming and never did. The third warmer was turned off and the cord was wrapped around it, I assume the meat would have gone there? This was at 8am so an hour left to serve other guests who also had to settle for waffles and cereal, the toast/bagel trays were also empty and never refilled. One piece of bread was there when I showed up. The shower was either ice cold or scalding hot, and it didn’t drain. The toilet barely flushed. Upon leaving the next morning we had to use the stairs because the elevator frames and other door frames were being painted and they had the hallway blocked off. (Something that could have started at 11:00 after check-out). The wall light was an exposed lightbulb without the lampshade.

Don't Book at this hotel
This was my second overnight in five days. I checked in on Jan 1st. I called the hotel from the airport for an Uber pickup, as they no longer have a shuttle. The person on the phone said she could not hear me, and she told me to just take a taxi and she would reimburse me, which she did $15. I went to the room and the TV did not work, so the lady at the front desk came to the room and said someone changed the plugs. Then the remote didn't work so she came back to the room with a different one. The bedding was old. The sheets were thread-bare and the blanket between the sheets was very OLD. I went to breakfast and it was dismal. The mini omelet was rubbery and the potatoes were cold. Thank God there was a blueberry muffin. Went back to my room to shower and I could not even turn on the faucet. So again, I was unable to take a shower. Upon checking out of the hotel I explained to the desk clerk my complaints which she wrote down in a spiral folder. I said I would never come back to this hotel and that I wanted a refund. I emphasized that it would NOT get a good review. So here it is. I have never heard back from hotel management. I still want a refund. Don't stay here.

Don't book Here
I have previously stayed at this hotel with no problems. This time after I checked in, I tried to take a shower but there was no not water. I checked in about 5 pm. The hotel told me they were having plumbing problems. I had a 6 am departure from SKY Harbor airport so I had to have a 5:00 Uber pickup. They no longer have a shuttle, but they do pay for the Uber. I was back again on Jan 1 for an overnight and the problems there were worse. see my next review. At this point I did not ask for a refund, but I did complain.
