Just Yuck! Just go home!
We didn’t stay! We went up to the room very reluctantly due to the conditions and odor of the lobby and hallways. The ceilings were in disrepair, the wallpaper ripped or bumpy in several areas in the hall on the way to the room. The room might as well been on the highway because we could see and hear it without the curtains open. The pillows were smaller than an accent pillow. In fact they were so small that they took the standard pillow case and folded it inside to hide the fact that the pillow was too small for the pillow case. Again the odor was horrible. A miserable combination of deodorizer mixed with food or “other” substance odor. I could hardly find a parking space as well. I checked out almost as soon as we checked in. I plan to call tri see about a refund. Just yuck!

The staff was friendly and helpful. It appears to be an old hotel that they are trying to modernize but needs many updates. We were driving through so for night it was fine enough but will likely choose somewhere else next time.

Beware of this Comfort Inn
We arrived in Knoxville around 1100 at night for the Saturday TN versus Alabama football game. The room had ants in it and some sort of bug in the sheets, both were found within 5 minutes of being in the room. We requested a different room and were told there was nothing else available. The nice lady at the desk offered clean sheets bc there were either pubic or chest hairs in the bed. She could not refund our money because we booked it on Hotels.com. We left and called family members 35 minutes away from the hotel at midnight to stay with them. It was a terrible experience and we wasted around $300.

The area inside, outside, as well the pool looked clean and maintained. Mr room was clean to my stardards and the beds were extremely comfortable;however the pillows were not too comfy. The rate was very affordable. Overall my experience was good and probably will stay at more Comfort Inns.

Never another Comfort Inn
Cannot understand why there would be positive reviews for this location. Lobby looks great and it ends there. Horrible gas smell at the elevator. Severely stained hallway carpets, at least on 3rd floor with a bad odor in the halls. Broken furniture in stairwell for entire stay and visible crud on carpet for entire stay. Bathroom had black mold over shower, and light sconces were missing glass covers, so just bare bulbs. Went to dry hair at midnight after a hot day of college moving, and no hairdryer in room. Called desk to inquire about another one and they said they would check but never called back. At checkout the gentleman was less than friendly. I am crossing this chain off my list now. Oh...and it's super LOUD being next to the highway too, not that that can be helped.

Decent budget friendly
Checking in was very easy and staff was very friendly. Room was a good size; Pullout couch was gross and had some sort of stains all over it, we didn’t bother opening it up and my son just slept on the sofa part. Bathroom light/fan was very noisy. Whole room and bathroom needed to be updated and cleaned.
