It can be good but it can be awful so beware
The checkout experience was awful and it has been awful every time recently. The lady at checkout I don't have her name she's middle-aged gray- shortish hair she's extremely rude and clearly gives you the impression that they do not value customers who book through hotels.com they prefer customers who get free offers from the casino I know this because I used to get free offers from the casino and they do treat you different in that case but they have to remember that all customers are equal and this woman made me feel really awful every time. Just rude and dismissive and I don't understand why I should really tell her that. Checking in on the other hand was lovely the young lady checking me in is a delight she's professional and she's probably the future unfortunately being rude clearly is not good enough to fire people when you have a heavily unionized situation as in Las Vegas. The Bell desk service is equally completely different depending on who is helping you I have had experience with wonderful people and terrible people for example now they cannot find my mail even if UPS is clearly giving me confirmation that it was signed and received hours ago everything you ask is a huge effort but again it really depends on who you find because I have found just a few days ago through a different booking a wonderful person about desk so it really depends on how lucky you are
