Property and staff were amazing !! Food , accommodations and transport were great. Unfortunately when it came down to the people in public in general the people of Germany were extremely un helpful, they seem to basically not have time to even point the right way. I have traveled the work mostly on work time or military and Germany is a country I will never return to .. so sad. But what a beautiful country ….sorry !!!!!!

Fantastisk hotel lige ved havnefronten. Dejlig restaurant med tyske specialiteter og venlig betjening. Helt igennem en god oplevelse.

Langsomt check inn, hvor de fortalte om en gratis opgradering, som så blev opkrævet 23 euro dagen efter. Vinduerne trænger til renovering og udsigt til havn er udsigt til træer. Baren var meget god.

Lage zentral und wirklich gut. Hotel dieser Marke aus erster Stunde, innen renoviert, aber mit vielen Unzulänglichkeiten wie z.B. Minibad, unmöglich zu duschen ohne Alles unter Wasser zu setzen. Wer packt eine Badewanne in ein 3qm Bad? Queen Size Bett mag für Königinnen reichen, für Königspaare nicht. Bettzeug alte Fludder, Kopf liegt am Boden. Bar hat Supermarktauswahl. Parkhaus kostet stolze 23€ am Tag, kein Hausgasttarif. Konstatiere, Steigenberger aus dem Programm nehmen.

Schöne Lobby und Restaurant. Die Kompfortzimmer können, insbesondere was den Luftdurchzug und Lärmisolierung angeht erneuert werden. Auch das Heizungsthermostat war nicht zu finden ( haben dann eine Info auf hinter dem Mülleimer unten bekommen ) und dann nur sehr schlecht einzustellen ( man konnte nicht sehen was man einstellt, von einer Raumtemperatur mal ganz zu schweigen) . Für ein Nacht war es in Ordnung. Sauber war es auch.
