Nice hotel for the money
The hotel was beautiful to look at and in a nice area , conveniently located across the street from a grocery, good restaurants, Starbucks and a very high end mall. Most of the front desk staff were very nice and pleasant and helpful though there were a few that were very much not. They had a shuttle to and from the airport and if not busy with an airport run, could take you within a 5 mile radius. They had 2 restaurants onsite , one with a bar. The male bartender, who also handled the food service, was awesome and there were a lot of us. There was one female server in the bar, who also worked in the breakfast cafe, that was extremely rude. Except for that, I’d recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed the pool area. It was beautifully designed with lots of plants and flowers. The shower in our room was not setup to drain correctly. The water stayed in the shower pan for hours. Also, we felt the television entertainment system needs to be updated. The TV remote had controls for a DVD player. There was no access to streaming services.

The outside of the property was breathtaking. I arrived early, so my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. I went to the restaurant for lunch where I was greeted by some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. She was very welcoming. The food was decently priced and delicious. Once I was able to check into my room, I discovered that I had to walk through a very large section of the hotel that was under construction in order to get to my room. It was very dirty and smelled bad, but it was manageable. I came back to my room later that night and it smelled like something was burning. I called the front desk who switched me to another room. Upon arriving at the room, I noticed a room service tray outside the door, I could hear voices inside, and when I went to open the door it opened just enough to hit the metal flap lock they had fortunately put in place. So, I didn't completely walk in on anyone. I went back to the front desk where they apologized and comped buffet breakfasts for me and the four others I was traveling with. The new room was decent. The shower took a good five minutes to warm up and then it got scalding hot. I turned it down as low as I could without turning it off and it was barely tolerable. The shower pressure was great, though! Check out was easy, staff was friendly, food was good.

2/10 Poor

Room was smelly very dusty and broken air vents in room, Toilet does not flush called first day for service regarding that but did not really fix it. Second time they basically said we know about the problem but waiting for you to leave so we can fix it! They never offered a different room or an alternative way to fix it!!!on checkout simply said oh sorry about that!
