We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Caesars Palace. On arrival, the front desk changed our reserved room—booked through Hotels.com—simply because we declined an upgrade. Instead of staying in the Julius Tower as planned, we were placed in a different building that required walking through the entire casino, which we specifically tried to avoid.
The room we were given was not an upgrade, despite what the clerk claimed. To make matters worse, the bass from the nearby club thumped all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. There were other issues, but suffice it to say, we won’t be staying at Caesars again.
