Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately our shower in our room was not good. Water pressure very low and water temperature varied from just warm to sometimes cold no matter where we moved the control. Wife did not wash her hair from fear of not getting the shampoo rinsed out. Also the breakfast had many options but the scrambled eggs and the bacon were just slightly warm even though we were one of the first in the room for breakfast.

Not a bad hotel, but was placed in room right next to employee break room on 1st floor. Every time door slammed shook my room. Also, lots of young kids running the halls and parking lot until midnight. Staff MUST have known, since I was room next to lobby and could hear them through my door.

The hotel was nice and clean, looked new, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway - all minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, laid out well, had several charging options (USB sockets, standard sockets) throughout the room. Very nice rooms; our stay was quiet and uneventful.

We absolutely loved our stay! I came with my mom and son for a short staycation and were honesty shocked at how nice everything was and how great the rooms were. It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area, but it was one of the nicer hotels I've been in. The breakfast had so many choices. The rooms were massive and had a lot of space which made having a toddler in the room a lot easier. The bathrooms were like a spa, and the beds were so comfy. My mom and I both woke up saying they were the best beds we'd ever slept in. We loved the hotel and will be back for sure!

Basics were missing.

We stayed here with some basic expectations needing to be met. We lacked bedding and pillows upon arrival. We lacked shampoo and conditioner. We were only stocked with decaf coffee. When paying this much for a hotel and staying 3 nights, basic expectations are sufficient bedding for number of guests. Basics like shampoo and conditioner are filled. And coffee needs to be easy to access. I had to call to get all these things.

Beware of housekeeping

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and cool temperature upon entry. Front desk employee was very accommodating and kind. I do have a large complaint, however. Check out is at noon. I got back to my hotel room very late the night before and needed to sleep in. I had my “do not disturb” sign on my door. At 10:15am I got a knock at my door. It awoke me and I jumped up out of bed. The next thing I know the cleaning lady had opened my door and walked in the room. I go, “Can I help you?!!!” She said she was checking to see if I had checked out already. I go, “I don’t have to be out until noon and I have a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door.” She didn’t seem to care. She just wanted me out. I understand she has a job. But busting into my room an hour and 45-minutes early without my consent is outrageous.
