Terrible place to stay
Didn’t look the room had been cleaned for some time the sheets where dirty slept with my clothes on someone kept trying to get into my room at 4 am could hear them pacing outside my door never going back

Clerk called around 1:30 asking if we were still coming (check-in is 3:00). He was adamant about us going ahead with check-in. We went to check-in early. Lobby was still dirty from breakfast (food in toaster, crumbs all over the counter, food still out). I got us checked in & we continued running our errands. We returned to the hotel to unload & to get ready to meet friends for dinner. We decided to check the room out prior to unloading & I’m glad we did! There were stains on the comforter, dead bugs on the pillows & mattress, flea grit on the sheets, shower so small that I can’t imagine anyone fitting into it, among other things. There was a mattress in the hallway, dirty sheets in the floor beside it, & the room door across from us had the door open (smelled like it had been fumigated). Not to mention the lake view was a view of a construction dumpster. We immediately went to return the room key; only to find the attendant had left early for the day. I wrote “fleas in bed; not staying; please refund” on the key card envelope & dropped it in the slot (heard it hit the floor). I can be pretty forgiving; but, this place was disgusting with very poor guest service.

Cold Showers! Nothing as advertised!
This motel is not as advertised. There is a very sad continental breakfast bar. But there is no access to it untill after 9am. And had practicaly nothing available. (Plain cheerios, small and very hard hard bagles, and a waffle maker in not sure worked. a empty mini fridge, no juice, limited amount of milk) deffinitly not as advertised. It claims fireplace but it is just a small outdoor fire pit. the room was very tiny with only 1 nightstand and no dresser or othe table to speak of. A mini fridge with no shelves sitting on the floor. No microwave or coffee maker as advertised. the blowdryer in the bathroom did not work, the tv remote did not work. And worst if all there is no HOT WATER! Cold to lukewarm showers.They didnt run out, they literally have it set so low its barely room temperature water! I tried several different times of day. Room was cheap under $100 but still NOT worth it! Do yourself a favor and pay the $20 more dollers a night and get one of the many other motel rooms nearby! Hotels.com should remove this motel or make them change there add.

There was no hot water in my shower. there was no one at the desk to report it to. no one answerd the phone at the number they said to call in 2 days there was never anyone at the front desk

Horrible place, dirty, black mold, space under doors, no staff around to help with issues, breakfast was left out from day before. This place should be shut down!

Not comfortable!
The bathroom shower would not get warm! The queen bed was up against the wall, and couldn’t be moved! Had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed! No milk in the breakfast room for the cereal

View wise it's a fantastic location. Unfortunately the road it's on is super busy and crossing to get to lake feels dangerous. They are clearly in the middle of renovations, we had a newer room, brand new paint and carpets and bluetooth built in to bathroom mirror which was super cool. However, no safety bars in bathroom, nor a shelf in bathroom and floors are super slippery when wet, and no dresser or places to put or hang clothes so I hope they are still a work in progress. But it was a great one night stop, happy to have found the place, I hope it does well!

Initially check in was good, but we booked for a king suite but we got a double bed room, so we had to go back and show the booking again to change it to king suite, but the rep was some how trying to justify and potray that he did a favor by giving us double bed, But i just need what i booked.at last room was changed. Once in the room, the carpets were so dirty, with stains, bathroom was not clean - had human hairs in the shower, toiletries were not of good quality. Floor of the bathroom had stains and was not mopped. Balnket had stains and honest we didnt even use the blanket.overall, i would not book this place again.. This place needs a face lift.

Terrible, not as advertised…… No hot water for showers, I was told it was because they were under construction!! What?? You’ve got to be kidding??? What hotel operates without hot water? Stay away…… buyers beware.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The closet had no way to hang a coat. The carpet had not been vacuumed recently. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Pros: Good wifi, Comfortable bed Cons: 1) Inaccurate description and images- I booked a room with 2 queen beds. What we got, was a room with 2 double beds and very congested living/walking space. 2) Listing mentions “Lake view”, however its out waters of the lake. You need to cross a fast paced highway without any signs in order to access “private beach” as they have mentioned. 3) Cleanliness- the carpets have many dirty spots and the bathroom was not provided with enough amenities. No place to hang clothes and towels inside. The shower curtain was EXTREMELY dirty, literally a gag reflex every time you go. 4) Ongoing construction- many rooms are not maintained yet. The one beside us had such a loud noise the entire day. A prior notice from the staff would have been better. 5) Value of money for what you receive is not accurate. I wish there was a way for request a refund.
