"The staff were very nice and welcoming and hotel is beautiful! The location is great for shopping, walking around Otrobanda and over the bridge to Punda and there’s plenty of good restaurants nearby. The manmade beach is really nice and clean with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. There’s a beach bar with servers who will bring food and drinks right over and there’s another restaurant/bar on the other side of the pool with awesome food and drinks too. We were able to rent a car at Smart Cars right at the resort to explore the island which was super convenient. "
