"Terrible experience! After 4 days, we discovered our trailer had been forcibly moved from the hotel's parking spot, despite clear permission from the manager upon arrival. The lock was cut open, and the trailer was left unsecured on the street. When we approached the manager about it, he offered no help or explanation. We were shocked to find our belongings so carelessly handled and had to go to the police to report the damage and loss of our lock. This experience left us feeling unsafe and completely disrespected as customers. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat guests who trusted them with our belongings!" After all the hassle and writing a complaint email, I finally got to bed at 3:30 in the morning! Thanks, Silence Garden, for this nightmare. I honestly wonder how long you’ll keep this level of 'service' up. Definitely not a place that cares about its customers’ peace of mind or belongings."
