Fabulous place and the host, Yvonne, was amazing. She left a tray with cups and a thermos of coffee outside of our room every morning at 5 AM when she found out my husband gets up really early. And the breakfast menu (and food) was amazing! Lovely porch and lakeside location.

We loved everything about our stay there! The hostess custom makes your breakfast with lots of savory options! We enjoyed learning about the long history of the property, enjoyed the rail to trail that goes behind the property, and the peaceful lake views. We didn't do any Kayaking though the equipment was there and free to use. We had what amounted to a 3 room suite with near private parking and a private entrance (The Library Suite). It was nice to be able to set up my photographic processing computer setup in the 'middle' room of our 3 rooms which also had great WiFi.

Amazing rare find close enough to the Bank of America pavillion to give exceptional accommodations and not break the bank. Lots to do during the day from hiking to water play. Super comfortable bed and huge bathroom. However the star of the show is Yvonne's breakfast. Home baked breads and cooked to order eggs, pancakes and french toast. The meals make the stay seem half price because of the price you would have to pay if you went out to eat. Stay here, it is incredible!!

Yvonne is the best cook ever! She cooked the most amazing, custom, breakfasts for us each morning..She is such an amazing lady! Thank you so much for making our get away to New Hampshire so great! We'll definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We enjoyed the home so much. The lakefront and porch provide a relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy breakfast and evening strolls. The hosts go above and beyond in every aspect, whether you want an amazing breakfast or afternoon treats, or ideas on what to do or where to go. We absolutely cannot wait to return!!

Our stay was amazing. It was the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. The hospitality shown was exceptional. There are unlimited options at breakfast-which can be customized and so delicious. The location is great and tons of things to do in any season. Thank you Yvonne and Warren for sharing your beautiful place-we will be back!

My husband and I have stayed at many great B &B 's, the highlight of this one is the cleanliness of it. IMMACULATE!! We couldnt even find dust on the heater behind a table. Yvonne was wonderful and friendly, She gave us great ideas to check out on our next trip down. We will be back for sure!

We had an incredible stay and felt very welcomed from the moment Yvonne greeted us in the driveway. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was homemade and very delicious with many choices. Yvonne made sure she had tea waiting for us at our room when we returned back for the night. Lake view rooms were a beautiful sight to wake up to. Location is very centralized. I highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!! Thank you Yvonne for your wonderful hospitality!!

Yvonne, the owner operator and her husband are absolutely amazing people. They go way above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay at their beautiful B&B. The B&B is absolutely impeccable. There is a really cool hiking trail right in back of the B&B, which we really enjoyed. Directly across the street is the lake. A great place to sit and relax while looking at the lake. The entire experience was amazing.

Das Aiken Manor ist ein unglaublich toller Ort zum Entspannen. Yvonne, die Eigentümerin, begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und verwöhnte uns mit Ihrem tollen Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Privatstrand lädt zum Baden im sehr sauberen Webster Lake ein, wo auch Kajaks kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, hier hat es uns der Squam Lake angetan. Für den Abend hatte Yvonne tolle Tipps bezüglich Abendessen, sogar die jeweiligen Menüs hatte sie parat. Ein - oder auch mehrere - kühle Biere auf der sehr gemütlichen Frontporch (nach einem Barbecue am Strand, ein Grill ist dort vorhanden) machten den zweiten Abend perfekt. Wir können das Aiken Manor nur jedem empfehlen.

Yvonne was a superior hostess and breakfast cook; very personable and helpful. Their property has a lakeside portion for quiet relaxation; kayaks are available for guests. Our library suite was very comfortable. The house is restored beautifully; with swings on the front porch. A great place at reasonable rates. THANKS.

Small B&B with lakefront property with access to kayaks and hiking trails. Close to other NH towns. Yvonne the host was wonderful, attentive and provided amazing homemade, to order food each morning. Location is quiet and swings on the front porch were great to relax in.
