Avoid this place
Police on property often. Halls were nasty and needed vacuuming. Elevator did not work. Seemed to be alot of people living out of the hotel. Rooms were ok but had stained carpet and dirty walls.

OYO Hotel is a nightmare!
I arrived at the very delapidated OYO Hotel. The overwhelming odor of smoke and musty filth was heavy in the air when entering the building. There appeared to be homeless people in the lobby area. I asked to tour the hotel and my room prior to checking in.
There were garbage bags and mattresses left in the halway on the way to the room. There were dirty handprints with built up debris on the walls throughout the hotel. Upon entering my room the smell of urine, smoke, and stagnant who knows what else was even stronger. The carpet was unvaccummed in the hallways and the room, the sheets were not changed, the toilet was not flushed. I told the front desk that this was not the advertised condition of the hotel I agreed to stay at and I would not be staying there. I paid to stay at the Quality Inn down the street instead, it was very nice and clean there. The link to upload photos is not working.

Great location. Older property, could use some upgrades. Staff however was awesome, extremely helpful and kind! Will stay there again just because of the great staff.

Not a repeat customer
The ladies up front were very helpful and accommodating. Good customer service!
But the room smelled like smoke and bad perfume to cover the odor (despite there being signs everywhere about no smoking allowed)
The carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on except when in bed. The room did not smell or feel clean because of the carpet. The price was too high for this overnight stay.

Terrible experience
Overbooked their rooms and the entire facility was disgusting. Roaches in the room, doors that didn’t close well, and no internet. Awful

Never again going to stay there: horrible smell in the room, fridge was missing. Bathroom probably 20 years without updates. Very rundown property that needs to be taken down.

We booked 2 kings. When we arrived we were told that Expedia overbooked and there was no suites available. We told them 2 doubles would be fine. The one room was okay other than the fact it was dirty carpet etc. the second room was unbearable. It smelled like cat urine and was just awful. We told them at the front desk and had to leave and said we would be back after our event. We told them we could just cancel one of the rooms and stay in the other. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. After being on hold for an hour they told us we would have an answer after they spoke with the property. When we got back they had told us they found a king suite one of us could move into so we just agreed. This morning I got an email from Expedia saying there was nothing they could do because get this “no complaint was made to hotel.” I can forgive the room situation but I won’t be lied about or to. The rooms carpet was totally nasty. Roaches in bathroom and crawling up the wall. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever use Expedia again. The whole experience was terrible at best.

It was a very comfortable one night stay and we would stay again. The bathroom sink was clogged and had no soaps or shampoos but the staff quickly rectified the issues. The advertised breakfast was only instant grits and convenience store chocolate and powered donuts which was disappointing since we were expecting the waffle machine like Hampton Inn provides. The outside pool was closed and empty. The staff was very friendly and homey though quite casual.
