My family of five normally books two rooms when we travel, and Courtyard Marriott is often our choice because of the many great experiences we've had in the past.
However, on the day we checked in, the front desk staff was not hospitable and caused multiple issues with checking us in using our reservation through Hotels.com. She eventually assigned us rooms next to each other, but they did not align with our original reservation. Additionally, the rooms could not be connected, which is very inconvenient for families with children.
Apart from the housekeeping staff, the rest of the team was also very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst stay we have ever had.
