1st room we were given, the tub was horrible. It looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We were moved to another room, it was fair. The lamp shades and curtains had stains and the toilet seat was loose. The pool and gym were not open for use. Breakfast was a joke, there were only a few items offered. There was hardly anyone around if you needed something and you couldn't call from the room, the phones were not working.

The door didn’t lock behind us. You could push it open without using the key card. They moved us to a different room immediately. I reserved a king size bed but open walking into room it was a double queen as they didn’t have anymore king beds. The 2nd room was missing big towels for us to use in the morning.

Stay away

My mom left the room five minutes before I did, took the room keys, and turned them in before I left the room. I take responsibility for that. BUT, weird front desk guy was in my room, FULLY INTO THE ROOM TO THE BEDS, without knocking, within one minute of her laying down the keys and he did not want to leave once he realized he and I were alone in the room with a closed door. He came in fast, looking for something— me? A hidden camera? The tip I’d left for the cleaning person? Anything I might have forgotten? I don’t know but it was scary and he’s disturbing.

Old and dirty. Too much for such an old hotel. The breakfast was all packaged sweets and some bagels or toast or waffles. All carbs. No eggs, sausage, etc. Wanted some more bedding for one of my children, and was told no extra bedding. How do you not have extra bedding. Then asked if they had a little shop with some pepto bismol, and was told the gas station is across the street. If it wasn’t 9:30 at night and it wasn’t for my husband who was sick, I would have thought of that myself. Not worth the money.

The lobby was clean, front desk staff friendly, check in was easy. The room was just ok. The sheets and comforter were clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept great. However, there were holes in the walls that needed patched, the toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, there were 2 bars of used soap in the shower, a pack of old coffee in the coffee maker. Not deal breakers, but definitely could use some upkeep.

Worst place to stay! We first got there and the first room we were given was dirty, bed was all a mess and towels all in the floor. Then he gave us another room and walked us to it and then walked in on someone who was supposed to have already been checked out. He then gave us another room that had loose bathroom floor tiles, the air didn’t work properly and there was a dirty washcloth wrapped around the handle of the shower head holding it in place. The cups were dirty and gross, even with plastic on the outside. There were also no washcloths, so when we went to get some, we complained and they said they didn’t know how someone was supposed to be checked out but was still staying there. It’s a shady place, DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Hotel is in a great location. Not a bad one night stay but the bathroom was nasty and gross. The tub has not been cleaned nor had the commode. Some wear on the building could use some updating

This place needs help

Cleanliness was … horrendous. First room 306 bathroom fixtures had not been cleaned… toilets still “streaks” Was moved to 303 … bathroom looked ok … ready for bed pulled back the comforter and the queen bed #1 had brown stains/streaks … sheet was wrinkled… it was never cleaned just tucked. Checked #2 queen and appeared like a new sheet… but only one pillow case looked clean out of the 6 possible. It was late, slept in #2 queen. Woke up to shower and leave … but, shower had so much black mold on brown streaks in the tub I left. Told staff at front desk and said they tell the manager and we be called… no call … as I suspected. I have never written a review on hotels … but this one appallingly. The positive was it was quiet and the window HVAC worked. The power cord for the room lamp was tucked under the mattress and plugged into the outlet behind the mattress… really ! In addition the ground pin on the plug was removed… looks like so it would fit … really! No pool either

Try taking a shower without hot water. After waiting for approximately 1/2 hour for someone to check us out, I then inform them that we were charged for two rooms instead of one. She told me that I booked through Expedia and I’d have to talk to them. instead of arguing with her, I disputed the charges on my credit card. Staying at this hotel my wife and I both agree it was a terrible experience.
