Hotels .com should be ashamed of listing this dirty horrible place. I am still waiting for the response to the call of complaint I made on the day of my supposedly stay. Customer service assured me that I would receive an e-mail or call from Hotels.com, NOTHING since the incident. Of course, i will be contacting Wyndham and get to the bottom of this and find out how Wyndham puts their name on such a disgusting place. No Inspectors? Franchisees are not checked? Let me start from the beginning the concierge lobby was full of reminders notes on the walls reminding customers that their belongings will be thrown out if...... etc etc Is this a hotel or a welfare refuge ?? Pictures of the room are attached, it was a room which was never cleaned towels gray ,floors dirty and only two pillows which were definitely used and pillow cases not washed , I mean a horrific sceene mattress as you will see on the picture faucets with no knobs to turn ? The dirtiest room i ever saw in my life . STILL WAITING SOMEBODY TO CALL ME REFUND US we could not stay in adog kennel wise place . I will be contacting Wyndham too and try to see what they will do for the aggravations we had which any BBB or a judge in a court would decide, The least should be to take away the franchise out from the owner of that place i expect no less.Thank you Hotel's com ,Your headquarters can contact me whenever you want .preferably during the mornings Eastern time
