Dirty,
The room was old not what the pictures portrayed. Dirty bed sheets and comforter. Very thin walls. Has connecting door to bedroom that someone tried to come into several times in the middle of the night. I ended up having a purchase a room next to us cause my kids were scared. The first time we were shown to our room, they took us to a room that was already occupied. Then several times during our stay, they assigned our room to other people. There was food and crumbs all over the inside of the dresser drawers. The only good part about our stay was that the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us. The element of people hanging around the hotel is not great. I would not walk around the hotel by myself. Beautiful view of river in distance. Close to London Bridge and beach at Lake Havasu, walkable.

This place was the worst. Sucked in with “now open” sign thinking it was new but definitely not. Just a name change. The “renovations” did not include bathrooms, which were original and there was something that looked like blood or makeup on the pillowcases. Large barking dogs on one side, loud people on the other and broken blinds letting the sun in at dawn made for a miserable night’s sleep. As someone who uses Expedia a lot, I was disappointed they recommended or repped them on the platform. In fact, staff made us feel like second class citizens at check in because we made rez thru Expedia. Would never stay here again.

Andy and his staff are really great! The location is amazing. Bags of ice being available for purchase in the lobby is really convenient. Decent dog area in the back. Once the entire hotel is renovated it will be really nice. Our room was dated but it was comfortable and we had no issues. Cant wait to come back next year. My cat being able to stay is the reason we chose the hotel and will continue to stay here from now on.
