I feel very welcoming at the check-in, Mr. Giang Hoร ng is very professional. He handle all my issues from somewhere else at the airport. I trusted him and his team the whole time staying. The property is quite new. It is an apartment complex that is also rented out as a hotel, so very good for folks traveling with family. The best part is the swimming pool and sauna room (with steam room and jacuzzi as well). The area is not the most central (20 min taxi ride to Old Quarter), but I enjoy the little bustling area around the hotel. It feels like I am living in a lively residential area.

The only downside to my company's stay is that despite unable to have breakfast as we are always out early, the staff are reluctant to refill our coffees and water in the room. It would have been nice if they compensated the missed breakfast with more coffee sachets. Not much to ask....

We had an excellent stay at The Five Residences. Staff spoke English which was very convenient and helpful. We were a family of 6 and one infant. They provided a baby cot without additional cost. Transportation was provided as requested (with additional cost) to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Rooms were very clean and property was very safe. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you're looking for a VIP experience while staying in Hanoi, this is the place to be! I booked this property for our 10 day vacation in Hanoi and weโ€™re super happy to have found it as a five star residences hotel. The Five residences staff assisted us with transportation to and from the airport in a luxury resort Van. The staff greeted us on arrival and processed our check-in very expeditiously. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment is very useful and allowed us to cook small meals. The gym, sauna, steam room, hot/cold water spa and a large swimming pool were certainly used by us as part of our end of day relaxation. Overall, I would highly recommend The Five Residences in Hanoi to anyone looking for an inexpensive apartment style accommodations. 5Stars
