We did not enjoy your stay in fact we were booked for 3 nights but we only stayed 1 and checked out next morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful but that is the only good side. The room smelled very damp and the sheets and pillows had a damp sweaty smell I couldn’t sleep they felt dirty. The pool area was too small with the amount of beds. The beach area was crammed with beds like sardines rows and rows of beds not relaxing at all. The decor of hotel needs updating. As I said I had no issues with the staff. We never complained the next morning we jst checked out. I’m sure we wldve been offered another room but we felt it wldve been the same in every room and we didn’t like the facilities.
