The exterior of the hotel wasn't great, but the interior was worse. Even the carpet by the front desk was dirty/unswept. Our room was dirty, as well, with noticeable stains on the walls and ceilings. If it hadn't been ao late, ai would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. We were disappointed to find the advertised indoor pool out of commission (with no apparent work happening) the entire time we were there. Then, we noticed there were only sheets on the bed and no comforters or other blankets - just a fitted sheet and flat sheet. When we called down to the desk to remedy the situation, they said there were no more blankets or comforters in the hotel. What?! Who runs a hotel with only sheets on beds and no blankets available? In the morning at breakfast, the disappontment continued - no hot food at all and the few items they had (cereal, small packaged muffins, small packaged bagels, etc.) out were very low in stock, as well as poor quality. The tables were dirty/sticky and we killed 5 ants just while trying to eat. It was just gross. The desk clerk was on the phone with a friend or someone she knew the entire time and spent zero time tidying the breakfast area. As we were leaving to checkout, someone had spilled something in the small elevator and most of the floor was sticky. When I told the front desk, she acted as if she already knew. I would notnrecommend to anyone, ever.
