There was no shampoo, but two conditioners instead. I called the front desk, but the shampoo had not arrived even after 15 minutes, so I went to the front desk to pick it up with wet hair. I was shown to the breakfast terrace and seated, but the lady in charge did not notice me, so I walked over to order tea, which resulted in the wrong coffee being brought. She was not focused. The female staff in the lobby restaurant was unpleasant, overbearing without a smile, I ordered a medium steak and it was perfectly well done, the meat was a hard stringy part at the edge, the male staff asked how the food was and I told him it was well done, he just laughed.
I visited expecting Oriental Hotel service but was disappointed.
