Bad day at a hotel. Will not use Hotels.com.
Had one at desk for check. Got to room no toilet paper and no shower curtain. Room very cold, sink leaks and no extra plug in for cellphones. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Over priced and very conditions. Plus, there was a lot more hotels to choose from than the two that you showed.

Budget stay in Little Falls
No fulltime front desk personnel. No management access this morning (Sunday 10-13) @ 6AM. $35 upcharge for checking in early seems a bit much for what is a old/former Super8. Room and bathroom was clean and pleasant except that there was only 1 chair.

It was the only hotel in town with 2 expensive rooms. We didn't get the deluxe room with queen bad. No toilet paper or Kleenex tissue, only one washcloth for 2 adults. Only half the lights were plugged in to use. Shower curtain didn't hang closed, shower head was left on spray when water was turned on (surprise cold bath). No coffee in the morning, I called and got instructions on making a pot. Not much to eat: some pop tarts and breakfast bars, 2 cereals, milk, a few yogurts. No one there for checkout.

The bathroom toilet was filthy. The smoke alarm was hanging by wires on the wall. We were very limited on outlets as there was one power strip that was used for the microwave, tv, lamps and frig. Checking out there was no person available to assist us in finalizing our checkout. So I did not get a receipt or confirmation that my charges were correct. I’m a bit nervous too about them photocopying my credit card and driver’s license. I’ve never had that done anywhere I’ve stayed. No mattress covers and the pillows were very worn out. Asked for extra towels and we got small hand towels. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work until we called the front desk and she reset it. Would not stay here again.

This property was not at all is displayed in pictures of accommodations. Rooms dirty, beds terrible, access very unsafe, no breakfast to go or coffee, complete false advertising and not at all worth what we paid to stay. Would have left except we had already prepaid when we booked. Expedia should remove this property from their list.

I have never left this bad of a review before and feel bad doing so but when I arrived at 9:30 pm there was no one to check me in. That's ok I understand they can be called away but i called the number a couple of times and was told the person was not available. After 15 min i was standing on lobby on the phone trying to figure out other options when someone walks out to check me in. I get my card and go to my room to find it has not been cleaned. Beds not made, no towels other than 1 dirty one in the bathroom, no garbage can liners in garbage. So i go back up to the front to address the issue, they may not realize. No one, call number and again not even able to leave a message the person is not available. Eventually I find a clean pair of sheets that I can make one of the beds with. In the morning I again try to go to the front desk on 3 different occasions to find someone to talk to. Around 7 am, No one but there is a pot of coffee made for the continental breakfast. I went back to my room to gather my belongings and check out. Left around 8 to find a gallon of milk had been put out with a few boxes of cereal. Did not eat just looked for someone to talk to and check out.Did not find anyone did self check out and got out of there.Very disappointed, I would've loved for an opportunity for them to make it right but was never able to get a hold of anyone . I believe this could've been a reasonable stay given a chance.I was not even able to shower before my interview

Receptionist not on duty when arrived at 4:40 pm Called given # - waited another 10 minutes. Hall carpet very dirty though room carpet satisfactory Clean but very shabby furniture. Middle entry door non functional. Wanted $100 damage fee even after paying for room. Poor conditions Do not recommend

This is an okay place to stay for a night, but they need to find someone who "cares".Many complaints on no coffee or breakfast at 8 am, people left frustrated.I'm not sure what families with kids did for breakfast as the dry cereal was there but the fridge for milk was empty. Trying to contact the person in charge living in the building after we accidentally left our key in our room while packing up. She ignored our calls from their call phone until we started knocking on her door. I would stay there again, lol! but with no high expectations
