I had cockroaches in my room. They moved me beside the pool. For some reason they play music beside the pool all night. Called the front desk at 4 am to tell them it was keeping me awake. Front desk said there was nothing he could do about it.

We were only spent one night, but the hotel itself was very clean and well lit. Not much in the way of disability parking. The room was clean and neat. However the hotel is rather dated in appearance, and the beds were not comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Best Western, reliable 95% of the time
Like any other older hotel, it needs some fixing from normal wear and tear but like the title says, Best Western has only let me down once (not this location). Is this hotel the best? Not at all. Is it the worst? Not even close. Would I stay here again? Without question, yes. The staff is friendly, the building is kept clean, the free breakfast is above par, the location, in my opinion, is perfect, and their prices are easy on the wallet.

Everything about this place is sub par except the convenient location to the airport, which is a 14 minute walk, which I recommend instead of waiting almost an hour for the shuttle. The employees are not professional, the pool area was unclean and not opened at the hours stated. The room smelled musty and unclean and i was initially assigned a room VERY far from front desk even though the place was almost empty. The breakfast was inedible and the "coffee" was just colored water.

Great service coming and going! Used the Airport shuttle and it was just as promised. Room was dated but comfortable and clean. It has an indoor pool with families, so if you are worried about quiet, try to avoid that area.

The staff were friendly but in need of more training. The outside of the building is in need of updating. The landscaping needs to be redone. The carpeting is very worn, needs replacing. Beds/mattresses seemed old and worn out. Very cheap/thin towels. Water pressure is not very good. The drain in the shower took about 10 minutes after your shower to fully drain. The location was very good. We felt safe. Overall, not a bad stay just in desperate need of remodeling.
