It was a ok place to stay for a couple nights
My stay was ok. The workers there were very helpful and kind. Outside of my Hotel room the Hotel is not well maintained for cleanness. Hallway floors were covered with trash when I checked in and headed ro my room. Elevators are super slow. Taking the stairs was a lot more quick to get from or to my floor/room to the lobby. The perimeter of the Hotel was mowed but there was trash everywhere. Looks like people just sleep in their cars in the parking lot. The building looks ro be falling apart. The Breakfast was ok. Wish it was organized in a way where it wasn't a mess. Food tasted ok. Again wish it was organized so it didn't look unclean. I never got a chance to have cereal because when I get to the lobby the milk container was always close to empty which was around 8am. I am glad this is a pet friendly Hotel. Hotel location is great as it is near a lot of food places and shops. Hotel is a short drive to a DC Metro station where you can park and take the train into the city. Very helpful when you dont want to drive into the city. Lastly as mentioned earlier the Hotel Room was satisfactory. Bed was comfortable, most od the bed pillows were comfortable, AC was nice. I didn't find the TV remote so just used the buttons on the TV. Bathroom was ok. Shower area was clean and spacious. The vanity was large enough to fit all my things and the mirror was big and bright which was great. I did find it odd that the entrance door to the room had a 2-3 inch gap so you can see outside floor.

Crack house on steroids
The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The room we were assigned had garbage underneath the sink. The hallway carpet was visibly dirty Only one elevator was working so if you wanted to get around you had to use the stairwell which was dirty and spooky.

Get what you pay for!
Lobby was generally clean and organized. Front desk never asked for any proof of ID upon check in. One of the two elevators was out of service all weekend, causing longer than necessary wait times for 6 floors of rooms to use. We had an accessable room, which was spacious, but had a very musty/dusty smell. The linens on the bed had something on them, and clearly hadn't been changed prior to our arrival. Bathroom had plenty of room, but horrible drainage in the shower, leaving the entire bathroom floor soaked after a shower. The continental breakfast was available from 7-10, but didn't look appetizing, and with limited options, so we went to the nearby Dunkin Donuts. We also were awaken both nights around 3am when other tenants on the floor decided to yell, scream, laugh and slam doors for about a half hour. Not necessarily a hotel issue, but the lack of courtesy of other guests was incredibly frustrating. The convenience of the location to the Commanders field was great, although traffic in the area is very heavy. I'd have to say the proximity to the stadium was the only positive thing about our stay. The hotel could definitely use upgrades/updates and a keener eye for their cleanliness.

It was an awful experience and feels like a big mistake to book this hotel. The breakfast was not refilled properly, there was not many food choices and the staff was not helpful at all. The rooms were cleaned only at a high level. Every corner of the room had dirt as if not vacuumed properly.

Check in was fast but elevator is very slow and only one is working, hallways are so smelly and old, chairs in the breakfast area are mostly old and the carpet on our front door looks so dearly. When you use the stairs it smells like garbage and their breakfast is so terrible compared to breakfast if other La Quinta we’ve been to. This hotel is way way out of the standard of other La Quinta we’ve been too.Before, when we think of booking La Quinta, we always look forward of their good services ibut after our experience with this hotel, it makes us think twice now booking a La Quinta that we’re not familiar with. This hotel is a very very big disappointment for us. Will never never go back to this very old and smelly hotel. It even worse than a motel. We stayed for two nights and when we came on our first day ,room cleaner did not touch or fix our bed, they took our dirty towels but did not put a clean towels after so when we came back, only one small face towel was in our room and the room was not cleaned. They only took out the garbage. It was our first ever time to experience this poor services of a La Quinta hotel.
