Property is gorgeous and meticulously manicured. Oceanfront location cannot be beat. Our villa was a disappointment. We were given a villa in Shipwatch. There is indeed a beautiful ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, but thats the only space you can enjoy the view from. The furnishings are likely original to the condo, old and filthy. We had to strip one of the beds to cover the furniture before sitting on it because it was also stinky. There is zero view from the bedrooms, which are on another floor, down a narrow long flight of stairs. Bedroom furnishings are also very dated, and the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time (my white socks will never be the same). The condition of the furnishings was misrepresented in my opinion. We didn’t utilize any of the hotel amenities, mostly due to the weather. Had the furnishings been clean and updated this stay would have been much better. Note this is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs to access unit, common areas, beach and bedrooms.
