Full review pros and cons
Called ahead to ask about parking before check in since we were going to disney. Manager said yes park beforehand but check in first. Tried for almost 40 minutes to check in no one who worked there was seen. We had to write a note about it on our car Windsheild (along with several other people). Manager finally answered the phone around 4pm stating "someone is at the desk 24/7 and our car should be fine".
Checked into our hotel later in the day two of the outlets had no covers and our room (located on the 2nd floor) was titled to one side with a lot of cracks on the walls and ceiling. Room wasnt very clean and the toilet was gross and very yellowed in areas. Bed was uncomfortable and the walls were very thin could hear everyone doing everything from 6am on. Most of the lights in the room didnt work either. Towels were mainly hand towels and super thin.
Pros: it was cheap and a 8 min walk to the toy story lot across the street for the shuttle to disney. The manager let us park the next day as well since we went to disney 2 days.
