Never again.
The guy at the desk said they didn't have my reservation. I don't believe him even now. I've stayed at many hotels/motels over the years and this is the first one where there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. They had a sign up near the check in that there wasn't any breakfast even though it's on the website. This was a joke of an interaction. It was after 3pm and so I couldn't cancel the reservation and Hotels.com basically makes it impossible to contact them. That is also a joke. Obviously I will never use a Baymont or Wyndham again and I may never use Hotels.com again. Horrible customer service all the way around.
