The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at all—truly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.
