This hotel is in a very nice and safe area; only a 5 minute walk from a Tokyo subway/train station; we were able to do that with all of our big suitcases (no stairs to climb). It's also very close to Tokyo Haneda airport.

APA Hotel is a contemporarily business hotel and is popular among young business people. I have the APA chain in various cities, and I noticed they have upgraded the amenities in the rooms. Moreover, they facilitated a Japanese Izakaya-type restaurant within the hotel.

Loved this hotel, it’s really close to a train station and has a 7-11 down the block. Location is quiet, but still accessible to things to see via train. If you walk towards the train station, there’s a little alley with tons of local restaurants. I've booked this hotel for my mother, who was traveling alone. According to her, the hotel's condition was excellent and clean. She has OCD, so if she says it's clean, she means it. This is after all a budget hotel. They provide a decent room at a great price. If you need somewhere to sleep while in Tokyo, its a great deal. But really all you get is a bed and a shower. The room itself is as small as is needed to fit the bed and a minor desktop.
