The hotel is outdated, with worn carpet but relatively clean. Staff is generally excellent, though not without missteps. Parking is ample and secure.
The bed was hard as a rock. No mattress toppers were available, so we were given extra comforters, which provided minimal relief. By the end of the trip, my hip was in pain, and I was relieved to leave.
WiFi is not secure. While using our Roku, someone remotely changed the channels, raising serious data security concerns.
Initially, the hotel smelled fresh, but for the past two nights, the halls reeked of skunk weed, an extremely unpleasant odor.
Breakfast was nothing but carbs with little variety.
Key card issues were frustrating. After a long 12-hour workday, we returned to find our room keys had stopped working, requiring a long walk to the front desk. The overwhelmed clerk got it fixed but made an unnecessary remark suggesting it was our fault. Worse, on checkout morning, one of our party got locked out again after grabbing coffee, less than 12 hours after the keys were reprogrammed.
Overall, the discomfort, security issues, and inconveniences make it unlikely we will stay here again.
