Issues.

Entrance and exit doors need to be quieter. Every time people came and left, the door banged. Bathroom door kept sticking when you opened it. But overall, it was Ok.

Would not return

A few hours after I checked in, the manager barges into my locked room with looked to be another guest who was also being assigned to my room. After that my room was never locked when I went out - no key card needed. The hotel is very noisy with constant street traffic and banging doors. The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - it is almost all carbs. Upon checking out, I was not even thanked for staying there.

The hotel needs to be closed for renovations.

It was the worst overnight stay I ever experienced. The hotel has major problems. It stinks of over poured sanitizer due to the carpets being disgustingly soiled. The elevator buttons were dirty and taped over, in addition to the interior smelling of urine and floors and walls being coated with grease, gum,and dirt.

Should have gone somewhere else but was only a one night stay. Floors were sinking in and pulling up. Bed sheets had stains. Breakfast was bad, the syrup had a sour taste. Would definitely not recommend

overall it wasnt too bad. the room itself was nice and clean, but the lobby and halls were dirty. my biggest complaint was the service. i was there for 3 nights. the frist night, around 4 am, the smoke alarm started beeping once every minute. that is a sign of a low battery. i went to the desk to tell them and the man just said that it was normal and to go to my room, i waited for shift change and informed the next desk person and they got someone to the room to silence the alarm. also, when i booked my room, i requested late checkout bc i work late and had to work that day so i wanted to sleep in. i confirmed upon checkin that i had late check out. on the day of checkout, the desk staff came banging on the room at 11:15 telling us we had to go because checkout was at 11. i told her i had late checkout and she looked at her paper and went "oh yes, it does say that" and then left. 10 minutes later maintenance tried barging in while i was showering. i ended uo just leaving at 11:45 as soon as i packed ny belongings. overall it was not a great experience with the staff, but the room was nice

This Hotel Is Rough

I booked this hotel not knowing that it was in a rough part of town. I could tell immediately upon arrival that this place was rough. The smell of smoke permeated the property. When I got to the room the bathroom smelled musty. The other guests were the worst part. Noisy, definitely smoking in the rooms, spraying things in the hallway, and just seedy individuals. To top it all off, I had the police show up to my room on the 2nd night of my stay asking to come in as there was a report of "drug use inside the hotel". I have no doubt that someone in the hotel was using drugs but it certainly wasn't me. The police were very nice and apologized after seeing that I clearly was not the person they were called about. However, it was still very disruptive to my night. I would absolutely not stay here again.

You get what you pay for- in a good way

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel at this price point- you’re definitely looking in the wrong place. The hotel was comfortable, beds were clean and no signs of any type of bugs. Breakfast was the typical waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. They didn’t have any flavored creamer (yes it’s something I need in my coffee). And at first there was no milk for the cereal. They were bringing in milk when we were done. They also offered Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwiches instead of eggs, potatoes etc. Overall the property isn’t bad, I did see a lot of half assed contractor type work. Ex- in my shower you could still see the lines that they drew to make sure they cut out the correct spot for the shower head, the rubber piece at the bottom of the shower door to make sure it stayed shut was missing, some adhesive was left on the shower walls, or caulking on the toilet tank lid. NONE of which would make me not stay here. It was a bit unnerving seeing the police show up our first night, blocking the entrance to the Main Street, and then again the following day- knocking on the room downstairs. Unfortunately- the owners can’t run background checks or turn people away so it’s hard to know who else is staying the same place as you. Had it just been my daughters and I, I might have felt a little uneasy but would have still stayed.

Terrible Hotel

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. The only positive was the beds were comfortable. There were holes in the wall and the flooring was coming up in our room. The room smelled like cigarettes, and my son had sand in his bed. The shower didn’t work so we couldn’t take showers in the morning. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize this until we were about to leave so I complained and they refused to give us a refund because we didn’t let them in time. Also, all of the doors in the hotel slam so it is hard to fall asleep because everyone that left their room let their door slam behind them and it kept us up all night.

Holy smell!!

Dirty bed sheets, shower stained with red something in the corner, room smelled bad, hallways smelled terrible, and elevator felt very unsafe. This hotel needs to be remodeled completely.

Our stay was okay. This hotel was new but not in the best condition. Our room didn’t have a tv remote in it and also our families tv didn’t even work in their room. Very disappoint in the breakfast. Everything was almost out and nobody refilled

The hotel was cheaply renovated, they overbooked rooms this weekend, TV and phone did not work, did not replenish buffet, shower was lukewarm, noisy. Would not stay again.
