Absolutely not.
This hotel stay was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had and we stayed in hundreds of not thousands of hotels. Besides that this hotel is really really old (I can deal with) it was nasty. The sheets, comforters, pillow cases on both beds were broken, dirty and stained with blood and other things. The curtains, fridge, and microwave also dirty. The door lock was broken and the light in the room did not work. We had to get new everything in order to be able to sleep and they didn’t have clean comforters available or another room available even though there were only about 6 cars parked. This location needs to be looked into by corporate.

Key troubles
My coworker and I stayed 4 nights on this trip. We both had to ask the front desk to rekey our room keys. After the 2 or 3rd time, I asked about the keys not working. The front staff worker barely acknowledged my inquiry about the keys and blow off my question. We've stayed at this location at this time of year for the last 5 or 6 years. I believe this will be our last time staying here.

Mold, stains, body fluids?
Mold on the curtains, mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and oh wait, is that bodily fluids on the bed sheets? Room stunk of marijuana. Lobby stunk of cigarettes. Spent less than 1 hour here and decided no way. Traveled another hour just to get away from this disgusting place. When we went to the front desk, he left us waiting in the lobby while he went to smell the room. 10 minutes later comes back and says he doesn't smell anything. Well, maybe that's because your lobby smells like people are chain smoking in it so you are numb to any smell. Not able to get a refund because we booked through hotels.com. Frustrated by other reviewers, this place is disgusting.

Comfortable stay
Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. Hotel is as advertised 2 1/2 stars. No frills, but clean, comfortable, adequate breakfast and easy to get to off the highway. Some unsavoury characters wandering around outside rooting through garbage cans and bins was the only negative thing about our stay.

Not good value for the money
Bed was terrible. Springs dug in to your whole body. Walls in shower haven't been washed. Sink was completely clogged. Had dirt on the bottom of my feet from walking in bathroom. Thermostat not up to par. Breakfast: eggs were way too salty. Sausage standards. Waffles standard issue. Batter too thin. Poured what was labeled 2% milk on to my Raisin Bran, was chocolate milk. Coffee not hot. No one could find the syrup. Elevator floor cracked. We have stayed here before, but this place has gone down hill.

They checked us in knowing they didn't have any hot water. It wasn't mentioned. As soon as we realized the water was ice cold I went to speak to the employee at the front desk. Other guests was in front of me complaining about the cold water as well. The other guest stated the water was cold all day and they were told if would be fixed. The employee said they will get the plumber back in to fix this. He made it seem as if it would be handle by morning so we stayed because it was late.The next day the water was still ice cold and the employees seemed to be avoiding all the guest. They posted a sign saying there was no hot water sorry for inconvenience. It was now 1pm and I had to request a refund on hotels.com in order to reach an employee. I was refunded and I booked another hotel. Never again.

Absolutely do not recommend!
Booked through Hotels.com shortly before arrival at the hotel. Got there after a very long day of travel to find another person waiting in line at an empty desk in front of me. Several folks eating dinner in the breakfast area pointed to a closet where there was an employee eating who told me to just wait. After 15 minutes she came to the desk took care of the lady in front of me who was just checking out and then told me that there was no hot water and they should not have taken my reservation. Had to find another hotel and they charged my card, she told me to deal with Hotels.com and Hotels.com told me to deal directly with the hotel. Also had to dispute on my credit card the charge which was on hold for three days! Horrible experience
