Staff was not friendly. Area security was bad, looked sketchy. Guests (which looked more like residents) we outside flying drones. Bathroom looked awful, door was scratched like someone was trying to scape from there.

It was horrible. The staff are rude, the bed was old and very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and the light didn't work, and I killed over 5 bugs in the room. Spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else.

The staff was great. HOWEVER, they could not make a working key for my room. They security bolts on the rooms I stayed in where loosened so if someone pushed on the door with the security bar it would open. I did not have a key to open my door my first night. They did not have any other rooms…. The second night they were unsure if they had any other rooms and the room they gave me had stains on the comforter. This is in a loud part of Mesa…. but it was inexpensive and convenient.

The last room we stayed in was not that great. The luggage rack on the wall was hanging down and held with just one screw. The floors were not that clean, if you walked on the floor you would have black on the bottom of your feet. The front desk person were amazing and made our stay pleasant.

We ask them to fix the tv in our room several times no came to fix them and housekeeping never came to clean the room I had to clean the room several times and take out the trash and no soap and shampoo and we didn’t get any new towels when we ask for new ones the room was semi clean had small roaches one of the lamp stop working and the parking lot was alright and the staff was decent some where nice and some where not so friendly and a lot of crime at night the cops were there every night of my stay and it was just not a good stay
