Would Not Recommend - The area surrounding the hotel felt quite sketchy, and for a 4-star establishment, I expected not only quality service but also attentive management that takes guest concerns seriously. First of all, our room was not ready within the promised timeframe, even though it had been paid for in advance. After a 13-hour flight, we were exhausted and simply needed to rest — instead, we were placed in a temporary room that was not as advertised. The room had a broken dining table, was missing a second bedside lamp, and didn’t even have one of the nightstands. This was unacceptable, especially given that we had paid for the original room in full. The situation was unsettling and not something I should have had to deal with during a supposedly comfortable stay. The overall service felt lacking and surprisingly frugal. At one point, a staff member told me there was no need to buy items like paper towels or toilet paper — yet I had already made multiple trips to the front desk requesting them.
To make matters worse, the guests above us were extremely loud at 4:30 AM. However, when the new neighbor next door moved in, he had no problem knocking on my door over something as minor as where I had placed my garbage. Sadly, this stay left me feeling uncomfortable, disregarded, and disappointed. For someone who paid a significant amount for five nights in a 4-star hotel, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a high-quality experience.
