Very nice hotel. In a charming mid evil city of Germany. The room itself was large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing choices for all walks of life.

Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection!

Sehr gut mitten in Wernigerode gelegen. Es sieht alles gut und sauber aus, neue Zimmer, schön eingerichtet, Minibar, tolle Dusche. Erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Manko: Restaurant über das Portal der Hotelwebsite reserviert, es kam keine Resonanz. Drei Tage vor der Reise per Mail nochmal nachgefragt, ob die Reservierung vorgenommen wurde - wieder keine Resonanz. Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass die Reservierung auf beiden Wegen nicht registriert wurde. Ein Problem ist das asiatische Personal im Servicebereich - da spricht in der Sache grundsätzlich nichts gegen, aber im Bereich mit Kundenkontakt ist eine große Sprachbarriere sehr schwierig. Das Problem bestand nur nachmittags/abends, morgens war ausreichendes Personal vorhanden.

Gutes Hotel aber Strassengeräusche und undefinierbare Geräusche ab 6:00 morgens brachten mich um den Schlaf. Es hörte sich an, als ob immer wieder Rollkoffer oder Rollwagen über einen rauhen Fussboden gerollt wurden, es war aber nicht festzustellen von wo das Geräusch kam, sehr merkwürdig.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in einem Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß genug, mit toller Aussicht und ruhig. Am Check.In hat man uns sehr freundlich empfangen, leider gab es an dem Tag keine Ersatzzahnbürste, aber das war nicht schlimm. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Das Hotel ist einfach ausgestattet und an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel, verdient aber etwas mehr Liebe. Die angeschlossene, preisgünstige Tiefgarage ist prima, aber Lademöglichkeiten für Nicht-Tesla-Fahrer wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt hätten wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwa mehr erwartet.
