Misleading Hotel & Poor Customer Support
This hotel is not suitable for families with young children and does not match its advertised services. They claim 24/7 support, but reception closes at midnight, which I was only informed of after booking. Their online check-in never worked, wasting time before arrival.
The elevator is too small for a stroller, making access inconvenient for anyone with a baby. Since the hotel is on the fourth floor of a walk-up, luggage and strollers must be sent up separately while someone walks up to retrieve them—something they never disclose upfront.
The room is much smaller than advertised, barely fitting standard family luggage. Despite not offering a crib, they expect guests traveling with an infant to manage in an impractically small space.
The room is not functional:
The fridge barely cools, making it unreliable for storing anything, especially baby food or milk.
Only one electrical outlet is accessible, which became blocked when setting up a playpen.
The closet doesn’t fully open due to the AC unit.
The stroller could only fit at an angle, blocking bathroom access.
We had to store the desk chair in the shower for space.
Customer service was unhelpful, sticking to a script rather than problem-solving. If you need accessibility, support, or a family-friendly setup, avoid this hotel.
