Lousy front desk service
Very convenient to find and in safe area. Front desk girls were very unfriendly and hide behind the front desk. Had to wait for one to come out when leaving and when we did she had a mouth full of food and couldn’t talk. Very unprofessional! Breakfast had good options and food was cold and hot. Coffee bar had great options too. The customer service was the disappointment at this hotel.

Property was ok. I expected a lot more considering it was the same price as the hilton. This place was surface clean only. I dont think they change the sheets each visit as ours were dirty when we got there. Breakfast was lacking much nutrition. Even the syrup they use has 5 risky ingredients. Not so healthy. Staff was friendly.. overpriced for what you get.
