This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. If you go with kids, keep in mind you'll walk long distances.. but not too bad.

I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

This hotel is a joke . Worst experience

It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . Restaurants it’s a joke .. same bad quality food , no service no idea what they are doing here . Staff super rude and seems that they don’t want to work. Swimingpool- nobody checks cleanness , or monitor what people are doing there .. people bring food and drinks to the swimingpool - imagine higiene when they get drunk and spill they cocktails and wash theirs hands in the water after food … Room service - doesn’t exist , you might get lucky if they make your bed sometimes and wipe the floor . The only benefit of this hotel is beach and weather. We are not staying again in this hotel ..

A equipe de funcionários é muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel oferece várias atividades pra passar o dia. Todas as refeições são incluídas sempre com grande variedade e em diversos locais. Grande variedade de bebidas incluídas com vinhos e champanhe portugueses. O quarto é grande espaçoso com ar condicionado muito bom. Achei a decoração do quarto um pouco antiquada merece uma renovada. O sinal de WiFi é muito instável e não pega em todo hotel.

Minha experiência no Villa Galé Marés foi extremamente decepcionante. O resort está muito abaixo do padrão de qualidade que a rede divulga e do valor cobrado pela hospedagem. Enfrentei diversos problemas relacionados à qualidade dos serviços, manutenção das instalações, higiene, atendimento e alimentação, comprometendo completamente a experiência que esperava ter. Como pessoa com intolerância à lactose, fiquei especialmente frustrada com a falta de cuidado e de compromisso em oferecer uma alimentação realmente inclusiva. As opções disponíveis eram extremamente limitadas, pouco saborosas e claramente elaboradas apenas para cumprir uma formalidade, sem qualquer preocupação em proporcionar refeições de qualidade para hóspedes com restrições alimentares. Outro ponto que me desagradou foi o ambiente do resort. Em diversos momentos, predominavam excesso de barulho, aglomerações e falta de organização nas áreas comuns, o que tornou a experiência cansativa e distante da tranquilidade esperada em um resort desse padrão. Esperava muito mais de uma rede como o Villa Galé. Pelo valor investido, a experiência ficou muito aquém do prometido. Saio profundamente insatisfeita e não recomendo o hotel para quem busca conforto, qualidade nos serviços e um ambiente agradável para descansar.

No check-in, nos colocaram numa acomodação inferior à reservada e paga. Tive que reclamar para corrigirem. Ao chegarmos na suíte, havia pegadas de lama ao lado da cama. O restaurante premium não é bom! Comida preparada com antecedência, fria, ressecada. Nenhuma piscina é aquecida, nem mesmo a piscina da área premium. No quarto não há qualquer amenities e as toalhas estão super desgastadas, inclusive na suíte premium.
