Great place to stay outside the nboise and business of Varanasi. Convenient for the airport. Rooms were well appointed and large - beds super comfy. Simply a horrible hotel. Started off with the Ramada driver pushing me to get out of my car so he could go by. Oh yeah, I did complain about him to the MOD. Unable to get any WiFi in the room - the IT Tech gave me a local WiFi to connect whilst inside the room. The room was very cold - got a filthy "blower" which is a portable heater. Of course it just blowed out all the dirt that was intact. The front office lady had no clue how to help. The room had a sign/poster of free welcome fruits only to find out it's not valid. Excuse me - so why is it in the room? Just a complete nuisance place. Oh yeah, and there is construction happening as well. Stay away.
