We enjoyed a very comfortable suite it was one bedroom with attached bath. And then we had a fold out couch. Overall, we were very happy with the room, cleanliness and service. The breakfast that was included was awesome

Deceptive advertising

The staff were all friendly. I was completely disappointed in the deceptive advertising of a restaurant/lounge that showed pics of all kinds of food. There is no restaurant/lounge at this hotel! It literally does not exist. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I will definitely never stay here again.

Overnight at the Hyatt House

The rooms were clean, excellent temperature control. I was disappointed because we had to go back to front desk for sheets and set of towels for the child we mentioned was part of our party. I did expect more out of the complimentary breakfast. Coffee was decent.
