I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking through Hotels.com. We had reserved two rooms and received a confirmation, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available.
Additionally, the hotel environment was unacceptable. The property was filled with strong smoke from a nearby restaurant, which permeated the rooms and made the atmosphere unbearable. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the cleanliness was also concerning: the bathroom was dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the sheets were covered in hair. As a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night.
Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using Hotels.com for my future bookings.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements are made to prevent others from facing similar issues.
