Hoping for more.
Check in process was painful, we did the early pre-check in through the Hyatt email for 3pm, arrived at about 3:30pm and was given a room that was far from what we reserved. After going all the way back to the front desk to explain, they said that they see what happened and gave me another room, after arriving at that room we realized it was still not the correct room. Went back down a third time and explained our room is selected in the system, why were we provided the incorrect room twice. Third time must be the charm, as the room was finally correct.
Food at Star Lounge for Happy Hour and dinner were really good. Service was very slow. Morning free breakfast, pass on that one, cold oatmeal and eggs, only salt no pepper, etc. Overall a bit disappointed.
