"I recently stayed at Hotel LEON D ORO (19 January to 24 January 2025 and was disappointed with the treatment I received at reception from Olga. When I brought up an issue about the cold temperature in my room, the staff dismissed my concerns in a rude and unhelpful manner. Instead of offering a solution, I felt ignored and undervalued as a guest.I have been freezing in the room,was 18 degrees. She was telling me to check the radiator. But every time was feeling cold. Luckily wes night I have asked the receptionist for some blankets, duvets and he was kind to give me which help a bit with the cold. My partner get really ill because off the cold from the room. However hotel has a good location and breakfast young lady's was really nice.
Good customer service is essential, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure all guests are treated with respect. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted my stay.
