1 hour after check-in I had a knock on my hotel door. Apparently the hotel was experiencing issues with their TVs and a cable company needed access to each room to replace the cable boxes and remotes. I was never told at check-in that the TVs didn't work or that I would need to let strangers into my room. I just wanted to rest after a long day of travel and I wasn't able to. The Front Desk Rep, Ronnie, was extremely rude. Later in the evening I turned on the TV only to find that only the first 7 channels worked. I called down to the Front Desk and asked about the TV since it was supposedly fixed earlier. I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that the company would be back in the morning and need access to the room again. I explained I was in town for a FUNERAL and really did not want to be disturbed. Ronnie told me there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience and Rep had a nasty attitude. I wouldn't stay here ever again, and you shouldn't either.
