Everything went wrong.
My room was still being cleaned at 5:00 despite being told it would be available at 3:45. After going out for the evening, I returned and my cod wouldn’t work in the door. It took at least 45 minutes to get a call back from the mgmt company (after the front desk person and I called multiple times), to download an app, and then sign up for it. With all the communication about check-in, at least 3 emails, they should just give you the app in advance so you don’t have to use a long code with a difficult system. The next morning the elevator didn’t work and had to walk to another bank of elevators on the other side of the building. The mattress was of very poor quality. All the furniture was uncomfortable and seemed really cheap. It was clean, and the extra space is nice, but I’m just going to stick with regular hotels from here on unless I’m traveling with my family.
